Sweetgrass is envisioned as a lifestyle product with a master-planned community of 360 apartments among 15 buildings, 143 single-family lots, 194 townhome lots, 212,600 square feet of commercial pads, and a 20,000 square feet Community Facility. In Q4 2022, ownership acquired 455 acres adjacent to the existing plot.
