The KABR Group acquired a 33.8 acre plot of land in Callaway City, Florida with the intention to develop a multi-family residential complex consisting of 360 units. The plan includes 360 multi-family units and a possible carve out for major grocer retail including 55,000 square feet in the projects center. In Q4, 2022, ownership acquired 18.5 acres adjacent to the existing plot.
