The KABR Group—along with the Klotz Companies—acquired 44 acres of land, which consists of 14.5 acres of wetlands and 29.5 buildable acres. The site was previously used as a shipyard. The development site is located on the Intracoastal Waterway, and has been approved for 590 residential units in four, 12-story buildings. The site also includes 250 deep water boat slips—which are a rare find in a local marina this close to the St. Johns River Inlet—and 400 dry slips.
